REFUND POLICY
If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, India Beacons Sojourn shall not be responsible to give any refund to you.
It would take at least 45 days to process the refund (if due).
It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Tourist does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc due to any reason whatsoever.
Refund
of advance, if any will be paid by cheque/online transfer and by no other mode of
payment.
India Beacons Sojourn will NOT REFUND ANY AMOUNT for ANY CANCELLATION OF TOUR ARISING as a result of any epidemic, civil disturbances, theft, accidents, natural calamities and other such incidents beyond the control of India Beacons Sojourn. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY WOULD BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.
No refund is admissible if a tour is cancelled or is altered at the last moment due to unforeseen circumstances like strikes/riots or any other unforeseen events beyond the control of India Beacons Sojourn.
